Valence School is seeking a Student Support Assistant to provide one-to-one support for students with additional needs during the school day and in residential settings. The role focuses on helping students thrive academically, socially, and personally while supporting their independence and wellbeing.

You will support learning, personal care, and health needs, with opportunities to study for a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
