HR & Payroll Assistant – Part Time, Culture Focus

Farm Day Nurseries group is seeking a part-time HR and Payroll Assistant to join our People & Wellbeing Team at Willows Farm Day Nursery (AL4 0PF). The role combines HR administration with payroll support, offering hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.

You will work 16 hours per week, with fixed days, and gain exposure to payroll processing, employee records, recruitment support and HR policy compliance. Candidates studying CIPD or HR degrees are encouraged to apply.
