Wine Store Assistant Manager: Lead Sales & Experience

Majestic Wine Leatherhead is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will lead a small team, manage the tasting counter and events, nurture junior colleagues toward WSET qualifications, and build customer loyalty.

This permanent role is 44 hours per week with weekend/evening work, a contributory pension, 29 days holiday including bank holidays, uniform, and generous staff discounts.
