Graduate HLTA – Impactful SEND Classroom Support

Aspire People Limited is seeking a proactive HLTA to support pupils across KS3-KS4 and those with SEND across partner schools in the Greater Manchester area. This is a long-term, year-long opportunity designed to build classroom experience within a supportive education recruitment framework.

You will collaborate with teachers and SENCOs, cover lessons when needed, and lead or assist with small-group interventions while fostering an inclusive learning environment.
