Premier Inn Cardiff City Centre (Stadium) is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead Thyme Restaurant and ensure daily success in a high-volume environment. You will drive service quality, staff development and brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll recruit, onboard and coach kitchen staff, manage stock and margins, and uphold NSF, EHO and safety compliance, working closely with the Restaurant General Manager to shape a motivated, capable team.
