Senior HLTA for SEN Classrooms — Lead & Inspire (Dagenham)

REESON Education is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming SEN team in Dagenham with an ASAP start. The role includes 1:1 support, small-group work and occasionally leading classes in a teacher’s absence.

Applicants should have GCSEs (C+ in Maths/Science/English), excellent spoken and written English, and prior TA experience. Experience with Maths and Literacy in whole-class settings within SEN ARP is essential.
