Ecommerce Growth Lead — B2B & D2C, Shopify Plus

Body Jewellery Ltd in Poole, Dorset, is seeking a Head of Ecommerce to own the end-to-end trading strategy across two brands (WBJ and Tish Lyon). The role covers revenue growth, customer experience, and profitability across B2B wholesale and D2C channels.

Reporting to Directors, you will lead CRO programmes, align with marketing and CRM partners, and manage analytics, platform roadmap, and a small ecommerce team in a fast-growing, on-site setup.
