SEMH Behavior Support Mentor – Inspire Student Growth

Protocol Education is partnering with a specialist SEMH school in Epping to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant for a September start. The role focuses on supporting pupils with SEMH needs, promoting positive behaviour, and helping students engage with learning.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff, bring calm, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed, and benefit from ongoing training and a supportive team.
