Care Assistant – Full‑Time, Weekends & Weekdays

Quantum Care is looking for a Care Assistant to join Beane River View in Hertford. This full‑time role (30–35 hours) offers shifts 7.30am–2.30pm and 2.30pm–9.30pm on weekdays and some weekends.

You will provide compassionate, person‑centred care to residents in a 40‑bed home, supporting independence and daily living activities. No prior care experience is required; we provide comprehensive induction, ongoing training and opportunities to achieve industry qualifications.
