Global PV Director – Safety Strategy & Gene Therapy

Orchard Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Pharmacovigilance in London. This hybrid, full-time role leads global PV activities, oversees safety data, and interfaces with Health Authorities to ensure product safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has MBBS or equivalent and at least seven years in pharma or clinical care, with direct EU/ROW regulatory experience and PV leadership capabilities.
