SEN Support Worker – Deaf Youth, Residential Care & Skills

TimePlan Education Group is seeking compassionate SEN Support Workers to join a specialist residential service in Uffculme, supporting profoundly deaf young people to live fulfilling, independent lives. This temp-to-perm role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and a supportive training program.

You will provide practical and emotional support, helping with daily living, life skills, and community participation, using BSL and AAC where needed.
