Job Description:
Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust in Stonehouse is seeking a committed NMC‑registered or newly qualified Band 5 nurse with community experience for a 0.8 WTE role (30 hours/week). You will manage a patient caseload, work within the Integrated Community Teams, and liaise with GPs to support holistic care.
