Impactful Prison Kitchen Chef – Lead 1200+ Meals Daily

Sodexo is recruiting a Chef at HMP Altcourse in the United Kingdom. You will supervise and coach prisoners in producing over 1200 meals daily, three times a day, ensuring food safety, hygiene and allergen awareness.

You will oversee cleaning procedures, stock rotation and Health & Safety procedures, contributing to a positive, secure kitchen environment and to prisoner rehabilitation.
