Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is helping a prestigious hotel & restaurant near Stevenage recruit a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the busy pastry brigade. You will produce pastries, desserts and breads for service and private parties, using fresh produce and maintaining AA rosette standards.
The role is 5 days from 7 with an average 45-hour week; salary is up to £32k plus around £3k in tips, with staff accommodation and meals provided.
