School Caretaker: Security, Maintenance & Lettings Support

Marchant Recruitment seeks a competent Caretaker to support operational management, daily maintenance, and security of the academy’s campus in Hertford. You will work with the site team to ensure a safe, clean, and fully operational environment that meets health and safety requirements for students, staff and visitors.

The role covers opening/closing routines, reactive and planned maintenance, compliance checks, contractor coordination, and rapid response to urgent issues.
