Trauma‑Informed School Engagement Specialist

TeacherActive is seeking an Outreach, Engagement and Intervention Worker to support secondary schools across Mid and North East Essex. The role involves delivering tailored one-to-one and small-group interventions, building strong relationships with pupils and staff, and improving engagement and attendance.

Travel across Colchester, Braintree, Chelmsford and Tendring will be required. Immediate start for a full-time, term-time contract.
