Job Description:
Compass Group UK&I is recruiting an ambitious Chef to deliver high-quality meals for Defence, contracted to 40 hours per week, on a full-time basis. 5 out of 7 days shifts are typical.
You will lead kitchen operations, implement menus, manage stock, and uphold hygiene standards while supporting with new concepts and keeping a positive brand image for Defence. Training and career progression are encouraged with strong staff development.
