SEN/SEMH Well-Being Support Specialist

Protocol Education is seeking a Well-being Support Worker to assist students with SEN and SEMH needs, promoting mental and emotional well-being within the school environment. You will provide one-to-one and group support, helping students build resilience and coping strategies.

You will work with teachers, SEN staff and families to implement personalised plans, encourage positive behaviour, and create a safe, inclusive learning space where every student can thrive.
