Visible Retail Security & Customer Care Officer

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Security Officer based in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on protecting customers, staff and stock while maintaining a visible security presence and providing excellent customer service in a retail environment.

You will patrol the store, monitor CCTV, respond to alarms, conduct searches as necessary, and complete incident reports. The position requires an SIA licence, DBS clearance, and flexibility for weekend/evening shifts.
