Gi Group are looking for experienced van drivers for a temporary to permanent role in Droitwich, with a well-known national brand delivering a rage of products from hygiene to safety to stationary and more!
Van driver pay rate
13.45 per hour
Van driver shifts
Monday to Friday
07:00-15:30 shifts
40 hours per week
No weekends or nights
Once permanent can have flexible start times depending on operational requirements
Van driver job role
35-40 deliveries per day of various products
Range of customer including businesses, schools and hospitals
Loading and unloading of vehicle
Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with road safety regulations
Representing the company professionally and positively at all times
Managing delivery paperwork and handheld technology accurately
Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
Requirements
In date, UK, driving licence with at least 1 years experience
No more than 6 points on licence (SP codes only please)
Strong customer service skills
Reliable, professional, and punctual approach
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Ability to work independently and manage your route effectively
Willing and able to do a physical role
Must be happy to have a DBS check, this is essential for the role, which we can provide
Must be over 25 years old for insurance purposes
