Youth Housing Support & Independent Living Coach

Homeless Link is seeking a Supported Housing Support Worker to join our Ewhurst Road, Crawley team, managing a caseload of residents and meeting weekly to build a support plan.

This role is 22.5 hours per week, £28,330 per annum, pro rata, permanent, working onsite on a seven-day rolling rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The role focuses on housing support, coaching, safeguarding and effective recording.
