Tradewind Recruitment is seeking Cover Supervisors for secondary schools in the Northampton area to start from September 2026. Roles range from day-to-day to long-term placements with competitive daily pay of 110–150, depending on experience, and flexible hours to fit around your commitments.
As a Cover Supervisor you will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour, and support pupils while maintaining a positive learning environment across multiple schools.
