Community Support Worker | Drive & Empower in the Community

Acuity Care Group is seeking a Female Community Support Worker in Southampton and surrounding areas. This permanent role offers 36 hours per week with a pay rate of £15.00 per hour plus travel expenses.

You will deliver flexible, person-centred support across supported living and community services, including 1:1 and 2:1 care, with full training provided. A UK manual driving licence is required.
