Henry Blue is seeking a Catering Lecturer to deliver FE catering sessions on a 0.4 FTE basis for the 2026/27 academic year. The role runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30am to 5:00pm, starting September 2026 at our partner college.
This temporary post offers practical teaching in a college setting, with industry-standard kitchens and opportunities to inspire future chefs. We welcome experienced chefs looking to move into teaching or educators with strong catering backgrounds.
