SEND 2:1 Support Assistant – Flexible, Term-Time

AP Education is seeking a SEND/2:1 Teaching Assistant to support learners with complex needs in Rayleigh. You will provide hands-on 2:1 support across Early Years to KS4, preparing materials for Maths, English and Science, and delivering a therapeutic approach to education.

The role requires patience, reliability, and strong communication. Training and ongoing CPD, plus guaranteed weekly pay, are provided in a flexible, supportive placement.
