Impactful Operations Coordinator – High Needs (Hybrid)

Leeds City College is recruiting two Operations Coordinators to join our team to support High Needs provision across Luminate Education Group. You will help ensure compliant delivery, maintain key systems, monitor data and coordinate documentation to allocate funding and resources effectively.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and collaborative work with curriculum teams, support staff and external stakeholders. Prior SEND experience is beneficial.
