Behaviour Support Specialist — ASC/SEMH Champion

TimePlan Education is recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to work in a specialist secondary school in Rochdale. You will support students with ASC, ADHD and SEMH to manage behaviour and access learning in a calm, structured environment.

You will work with individuals, small groups and class teams, applying de-escalation strategies and promoting emotional regulation. A patient, proactive approach and the ability to collaborate with staff are essential.
