Student Experience & Academic Support Officer

SOAS University of London is seeking a Student and Academic Support Officer to be the front line for students and staff, delivering comprehensive support across programmes and ensuring meticulous records in line with school procedures.

You will contribute to an excellent student experience, liaise with colleagues via person‑to‑person and Teams, and use systems to maintain accurate data while seeking improvements. Prior HE experience is welcome but not essential.
