Microbiology Lab Assistant (Band 2) – Training & Data Entry

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Gloucester is seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant to work in the Microbiology department. The role involves data entry, handling patient registrations and specimen details, and supporting routine microbiology work in a busy lab.

We are looking for someone with GCSEs in Maths, English and Science, good numeracy and keyboard skills, and flexibility to cover evenings and weekends as part of a weekend/bank holiday rota. Training is provided.
