Creative Activities Leader for Elderly Care

Beaumont Care Homes in Belfast is seeking a Personal Activities Leader (PAL) to design and deliver engaging activities for residents, using creativity and empathy to promote wellbeing. You will assess needs and tailor plans with staff and families.

You will run a varied programme including music, crafts and gentle exercise, build relationships with residents, and organise trips. Training and development opportunities are provided.
