Independent Travel Trainer for SEND (Flexible Hours)

Hertfordshire County Council is seeking a Travel Trainer to support young people with SEND to gain independent travel skills. The role covers West Hertfordshire and beyond, requiring up to 37 hours per week with flexible start and finish times.

The successful candidate will develop travel training in classrooms and community settings, build relationships with schools and partners, and maintain accurate progress records to support EHCP outcomes.
