Building Safety Levy Lead – Hybrid, 40 Days Leave & Pension

Richmond and Wandsworth Council is seeking a Building Safety Levy Officer to administer the Building Safety Levy and support the remediation of unsafe residential buildings. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, advanced Excel skills and meticulous record-keeping.

You will work hybrid, with a minimum of one day in the office weekly, coordinating with Building Control, Planning, Finance, Legal Services and Digital Services to ensure compliance and transparent reporting.
