Youth Wellbeing & Behaviour Mentor (3‑Day Week)

Marchant Recruitment is helping a secondary school in Bury recruit a Pastoral Support Mentor. The role is a three‑day‑per‑week position starting in September, initially until October half term with potential extension for the right candidate.

You will work with the pastoral team to support students, reflect on behaviours, and help reintegrate them into lessons while promoting positive behaviour across the school.
