Compass Group UK&I, including the Defence, Government and Energy services sector (ESS), is seeking an ambitious Chef on a full-time basis contracted to 35 hours per week. You will prepare and serve high-quality food, manage menu changes, and help drive improvements across our Defence food services.
A strong focus on customer satisfaction and brand representation is essential. Ideal candidates will have City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalents, a Food Hygiene certificate, and prior supervision
