Job Description:
THE PIG at Combe is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to oversee the pastry section, lead and inspire apprentices, and maintain high standards of baking and presentation.
Join a fast-paced, community-focused kitchen that uses local suppliers within 25 miles and our own kitchen garden. Expect 40 hours weekly and a £13.71 hourly rate with OTE.
Opportunities for progression to Senior Pastry Chef de Partie or Head Pastry Chef roles within the group are available.
