Emotional Literacy & Wellbeing Support Assistant

GSL Education seeks a caring Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to work across North Yorkshire schools. This part-time, term-time-only role focuses on developing students’ emotional resilience and wellbeing, delivering targeted interventions, and collaborating with pastoral teams.

You will support students facing anxiety, low self-esteem, and social challenges, helping them build coping strategies, confidence, and positive relationships in a supportive school environment.
