Field Care Supervisor — Lead Home Care in London

Care Outlook is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in the Battersea area. The role focuses on delivering high standards of care, supervising carers, and supporting inspections by the local authority and CQC.

You will participate in on‑call duties, complete care assessments, and build strong relationships with staff and service users. A full driving licence and NVQ Level 3 are preferred, with training and development provided.
