Resident-Centric Care Home Leader

Barchester is seeking a Community Lead for our Residential Care Homes to help provide person-centred care, respecting residents’ independence, privacy and dignity while leading a team of Carers and Senior Carers.

The role includes some clinical tasks such as recording vital observations and wound care, and demands a leader who can build trust with residents and families in a safe, happy environment.
