Employee Relations Manager – Hybrid (London) & Travel

Southeastern Railway is seeking an Employee Relations (ER) Manager to join our team based from our Head Office in London Bridge. This hybrid role will travel across the Southeastern network and support managers with fair, compliant employee relations advice in line with employment law and internal policy.

You will manage your own ER case portfolio, collaborate with managers and trade unions, and promote constructive working relationships and early resolution of workplace issues.
