Head of Client Success & Growth — Hybrid (4‑Day Week)

KnoWho is seeking a Head of Client Success in Bolton to lead client communications, ensure smooth delivery across PPC, SEO, web design/UX, and CRO/Data services, and drive growth across accounts. The role combines client services, strategy, and business development within a 25-person agency.

The position offers a £60-75K salary plus commission on account growth and new business, with a contracted 4-day work week and flexibility for senior roles. Office-based with 1–2 days WFH.
