Senior Care Assistant: Weekend On-Call Leader

Connected Health is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support delivery of high‑quality, compassionate care and maintain safe service standards. You will oversee care runs, monitor calls, and assist with on‑call cover and weekend duties.

You will work with the Area Care Manager to keep client records up to date, carry out monthly reviews and risk assessments, and ensure staff have PPE and adhere to policies. Ongoing training and duties will be assigned as needed.
