Lifeguard
Location: Derby Gym | Category: Fitness | Employment: Permanent, Part time.
Salary: Up to £26,707.20 pro rata, 21 hours per week.

Qualifications
• Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and provide ongoing training records.
• Bring enthusiasm, a positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills and a passion for great customer care.
• Be a true team player.
Responsibilities
- Help our members stay safe and healthy while using wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
- Be attentive and alert at all times.
- Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
- Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
- Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents straight away.
- Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
